Today was a messy, exuberant challenging day.

Full of frustration and joy and love and exhaustion.

Isn't that what parenting is all about?

R and AH are so very lucky to have the best dad in the business, and I'm so lucky to have him as the best possible partner in parenting and life I could have imagined.

Are we tired?  Yes.

Is it easy every day?  No.

Are our hearts full?  Very much so.
