Halloween!

We are grateful for the neighborhood university opening up their campus to hundreds of little goblins.

From decorate a cookie to ring toss... a bounce house to face painting... and a student led turn of trick or treating through about 30 doors, it was a huge success.

Robbie caught on quickly.  He couldn't quite say "Trick or Treat"... he kept saying "OR TREAT!" but always said thank you.  These parents will take that as a win.

Perfect for an hour long 5pm activity so all can go to sleep at a reasonable hour!

We are lucky to have neighbors like these.

Long night

Not sure what happened to him - might have been Mexican food - but Robbie was not a happy camper last night. 

He was up at 6 times with Annie playing the role of special guest star 3 times and Daisy, not be left out, went out twice.

In the immortal words of my Father -"I would not take all the money in the world for you BUT sometimes I would give you away."

Having said that he went to sleep like a champ tonight.  Lets keep our fingers crossed.

Happy Anniversary

On this day six years ago, Susann M. became Susann E.  That day will forever be the greatest day of my life.

There is not a day that goes by that I do not thank the Almighty that He brought her into my life.  That she would become the love of my life.  That she would become the Mother of my children.

My life is far from perfect but the highlight of everyday is waking up with Susann by side.

Thank you Susann for being rash enough to marry me, foolish enough to stay with me and loving me in a way I thought I would never be loved.

I love you with all my heart.
