Shawn's been on Atkins most of the year, so since I do the cooking... we have just been having meats and veggies for dinner most nights. And their leftovers for lunch the next day.
I just dominated a bagel for breakfast and realized that may have been why I was feeling so crappy! The carbs just took me back to feeling normal for the 1st time in about 10 days.
Take THAT Dr. Atkins.
Now, rather than craving soft pretzels and chili cheese hot dogs.... I could really go for some king crab legs at Cantler's.
