Because Shawn's blogging day is Sunday, I get to wish him a Happy Father's Day a little bit early.
Our number one family rule is.... "no matter what, we are on the same team."
One or the other of us may not always be right. We may not be the smartest or the richest or the most compassionate. But at the end of the day, we are always on the same team.
There's not another person I'd rather have as my teammate in life... and in parenting.
I have no doubt that Shawn will be an amazing father, and I'm looking forward to the next chapter in Team Edwards.
